Top Note

Aberdeen Lavender was assembled by the well renowned creators, Creed, and comes from their Acqua Originale line.
Although it is unisex, the scent was dedicated to Her Majesty Queen Victoria, and embodies the distinct floral aroma that emanates from her favourite part of Scotland- especially that of the Lavender flowers; which is brought out in the name itself. With a combination of various components; Creed captures the essence of Aberdeen in a bottle.

Top Notes
Creed uses absinthe; a strong, spicy scent, and flavours it with anise- making it a sweetner of sorts.
The combination creates an aromatic scent- regularly compared to the smell of Autumn and Black Licorice.
Next we have that of Rosemary; a popular seasoning which also has a reputation for being used in aromatherapy. The herb brings in a woody scent, and is proven to stimulate the senses- reducing stress and anxiety, and ridding people of fatigue.
Bergamot brings in the citrusy notes that are simultaneously spicy and sweet- the scent is known to blend well with rosemary and even vetiver.
Hints of lemon bring about the same effect, and are additionally known for being mood enhancers that make a positive impression. The ingredients combined create an air that is both refreshing, and soothing.
Middle Notes
These notes bring in the bouquet of floral airs from the highlands, starting with lavender- a scent known to promote calmness, relieve stress and promote positivity.
The rich scent of the tuberose flower contributes with its strong, but sweet aroma- an aphrodisiac that’s also calming. It’s strength makes it long lasting and prominent.
The fragile Iris brings in its powdery, cooling, and earthy tones- sweet, elegant, and soft.
You no longer have to stop and smell the roses when you’re already wearing them- the last component of this floral arrangement is uplifting, clean, and refreshing.
Base Notes
The feminine sweetness of the middle notes are balanced out by the base notes which bring in the masculinity.
Aberdeen Lavender uses Patchouli- a popular among perfumes due to its strong and sweet muskiness which complements its neighbours.
The scent is known to eradicate feelings of negativity, and is even said to be an aphrodisiac.It also uses the rich scent of smoky leather; bringing in a combination of strong earthiness and tinges of sweetness.
The base ends with vetiver, a green scent that has been extracted for centuries on end, and is known for its warm, woody aroma.
