  1. Standard Ground U.S. Shipping (2-8 business days)
  2. All orders are picked and processed between 1–3 business days. All orders are shipped from Houston TX. Upon the shipment of your order, you will be emailed a tracking number to view its transit.
  3. Orders from United States will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Most packages arrive within 2-8 business days. (not a guaranteed service)
  4. Free standard shipping is provided for order of $100 or more (handling fee might still apply depending on the volume of the order).

*Free shipping offer is valid for orders exceeding $100 total is calculated after any promotion, coupon deductions or gift wrap charges.

OUR POLICY

ALL OUR ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS, FEDEX GROUND OR UPS GROUND SERVICES TO OUR CUSTOMERS ADDRESS.

GOODS SHOULD BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM DATE OF DELIVERY. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES.
INITIAL SHIPPING CHARGE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

ALL MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED IN IT’S ORIGINAL CONDITION. A CHARGE OF 15 – 20 % RESTOCKING FEE FOR ANY MERCHANDISE THAT HAS BEEN OPENED.
