Now there is a mens version and also a women’s version. Lastly this is classified as an aromatic aquatic fragrance and i think that is very accurate.

The smell of this fragrance is a very classic fresh fragrance with its notes of lavender , mint , musk and sandalwood. It is a masterful blend which is refreshing , energetic and masculine. It is a legendary king of aquatic fragrances out there.

There is an aroma molecule in this scent thats responsible for its aqueous aquatic smell and that is the note of Kalyn. Kalyn was discovered in the mid nineteen hundreds, and it has been used in many other aquatic fragrances like Drakkar Noir  and Giorgio Armani’s Aqua Di Gio. This scent paved the way for other aquatics because people got pretty confident using this ingredient in their compositions.

This fragrance is a popular fragrance for kids going to high school and college.

Davidoff Cool water also has a lavender note in there.It has a musky backbone in it and also a note of mint which isn’t too bright or too noticeable. This contributes to the overall well blended composition that this scent has and the elements of rosemary and the sea blends in quite well.
